BBQ: Weely, Jiemin, Yunhui, Yingying, Frederica, Beihua, Weiquan, Bryan Lee, Jinbo, Yifei

Food: Rina, Melissa, Matilda, Shutian, Corliss, Xuke, Huiting, Keyue, Xinge, Yuantheng

Recreation: BryanTan, Wanxuan, Yangsheng, Pangkun, Jiehui, Xiaolin, Junianti, Yiling, Xulu

*Note that unless you find a person willing to swap with you the roles, dont ask for a change, as you didnt do or specify that anything in the survey. All teams are equally busy. Trust me.

*Also, the difference between food and BBQ is that BBQ team is responsible for planning the bbq event on 8nov, while the food team is the one who arranges and plan to buy food to settle our 3 meals in the chalet except the bbq event day.

*Lastly, adminstrative team should start to calculate the budget and cost to collect from the class. As to the way for collecting the money from only those going or from everyone, it is up to the admin team to decide. Also, admin team should decide where and when should the whole class meet to get to the chalet.

On side note, here are some requests from the class regarding the class chalet survey,

movie screening is a must. 16 people indicated they want to go escape or wildwildwet. 15 people wanted delivery and cup noodles eating. 11 people wanted to swim. there is a swimming pool there.

most people agreed that budget should be around 10-20 dollars.

majority wanted more class bonding time during chalet.
